Testimonials
  1. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the training session yesterday.  I have already had a lot of great feedback.  Several people who had been trained in the past made the comments to me about how much more comfortable they are now then they were before talking with you.  Thanks to your exceptional training style they really feel like they could handle a crisis; although we are all hoping it’s just academic and we never use it.  I look forward to working with you in years to come and wish you great success in your business.
  1. I wanted to give you some feedback on the AED/CPR course that was taught here on 2/28/08.  Chesapeake AED Services is a fantastic organization to work with.  From beginning to end they were professional, helpful, courteous, timely...... and the list goes on and on.  I personally spoke to all 10 of the people who took Fred Kellner's class.  Each and every one said Fred was a tremendous instructor.  He was interesting, presented the material in an easy to understand manner, answered all questions, and made everyone feel very comfortable.  I received the AED/CPR cards in the mail today.  I must say that is the quickest turn-around I ever got for cards

  1. This is to let you that we are getting complements from our Emergency Coordinator for selecting your Company’s Training Services.  Lew Jackson provided excellent training to the NLRB employees and they all feel that if any emergency assistance is needed they are up to providing these services.  You could not have selected a better instructor to take your place.
  1. Since I had to leave the class early, I didn't have an adequate opportunity to thank you for taking the time to train me and my nine colleagues, yesterday.  Let me simply say, "Thank you, the training was terrific."

  1. I know you value feedback, so allow me to mention that I particularly appreciated your emphasis on practicality instead of rote memorization of protocol.  I think it's especially helpful when someone with your experience tells us what we really need to know (instead of all we could know) to help a person in distress.  Undoubtedly this will be much more helpful should we face real life events.  And, I thought the amount of information was just about right given the time limitations.  Honestly, I can't think of any constructive criticism to offer you.

  1. I also wanted to tell you that Barry tracked me down to inform me that in his 33 years in the military you are the best trainer he has ever worked with anywhere. Apparently, the volunteers and he thought your class was amazing!!!   Mike, thanks so much for all of your hard-work in making everyone look so good

  1. Thought I'd respond for Tom since I saw the note. Yes, Chesapeake did the training on Feb 22nd. This is the second year I've had the pleasure to work with the instructor - Tim Berkeridge. He is excellent and I wanted to pass on that he did a great job with the staff here. I would recommend the training services of this group based on my interactions with them. From scheduling, quote/invoice/bill processing with you and the exchange of information during training - everything was excellent. Thanks for your assistance in getting this set up and please pass my comments along to the appropriate supervisors. Have a great day! Cindy
